Hub Connect: Introducing Dispatcher features!

Hub Group is in the process of rolling out of next generation vendor portal – Hub Connect Carrier – and will be discontinuing Vendor Interface in early July. Please register and log into Hub Connect Carrier as soon as possible to migrate your business over to our new platform HubConnect Portal

Forgot Password

Expired Passwords: Users are now required to change their password at least once every six months. You will receive a notice starting 14 days before your password expires. When you receive the message, you can opt to change the password now, or postpone until the next time. On the expiration date, you will be required to change your password before you can login. This change is being made for security reasons.

Disabled Passwords: If you have not signed into the system for more than 60 days, the system will disable your password and user id. Also, if you try to sign in 15 times consecutively, using the wrong password, the system will disable your password and user id. If your password is disabled, follow the instructions displayed on the "Your account has been disabled" page that will be displayed. If that doesn't work for you, contact your local Carrier Administrator for more assistance; or send an e-mail to: VISupport@hubgroup.com

Vendor Interface Customer Service:

Unique User ID's: We strongly encourages our Vendors to create unique user ids for every individual who needs access to "Vendor Interface" on the Vendor's behalf. This will help to protect the security of your company information.
